Straighting my Hair?

I have straight hair when it is wet. But when it dries it turns wavey. I really want to make it straight, but i dont have money to go out and buy a straightner or special products. Here is what i have

Matrix : Big Trix Mousse

Aussie: Real Volume Root Lifter

Real Volume Finishing Spray

Real Volume Styling Mousse

Suave: Hair Spray

Catwalk: Fashionista Shampoo

Fashionista Conditioner

Out of these products which ones would work the best and what are the steps to get straight hair.

Your shampoo and conditioner are good starters - I use Tigi products as well and love them. If you plan on going straight with your hair, you definitely want to use the root lifter, so it doesn't look flat on top, giving it that lifeless appearance. Use the Big Fix Mousse when it's wet, and blow dry it straight. Good luck!

no don't put those chemicals on your hair you'll fry it use your aussie real volume root lifter instead

None, you need to get a smoothing shampoo and conditioner and also a flat iron. The flat iron is really the first thing you need, but if you want to make sure it stays straight all day, you will need to buy that shampoo and conditioner.

none of them will work they will just way down your hair and make it look lifeless. save up for some ceramic straightners and use a straightning oil spray with it. i got some straightners for 15 quid.

after i shower i blow dry my crazy curly hair then i get a big curling iron because it makes big waves but it makes your hair look geat its like haveing a big wave rather than thousands of curls do your whole head then in the next few days wash your hair and do it again my style can last up to three days

Those are all hair products. You need hair appliances. You can't straighten hair with products only. Go to Walmart and get you a straightening iron for less than $20. Or if you have a blow dryer you can buy a round brush, and straighten your hair using those tools. If you straighten, it's not a good idea to put gel. Use something like Biosilk oil...or something to sleeken your hair, not gunk it up.

All of the products you have are volumizing products but could work with heat styling. Use a large paddle brush and your blow dryer (that is if you have long hair) and blow it out straight. You will have to make sure it is completely dry, because if there is any moisture your hair will become wavy. I recommend you use a styling product that will protect your hair from thermal damage. You could also use a flat iron. Good luck.

You could use products that you like on your hair or things that work good on your hair. Not everything is going to work on your hair but the products that are best for your hair and help it not damage it and break it off.

This may sound crazy but...my mom said she used a iron to straighten her hair when she was younger (the kind you use for clothes)

However PLEASE BE CAREFUL as if your iron is too hot your hair can melt. If your too nervous of if your iron doesn閳ユ獩 have a low enough setting you can place a damp cloth between the hair and the iron. Don閳ユ獩 be afraid of steam, in fact, it helps!

Once your iron is somewhat hot take a tiny bit of your hair and test the temperature. Press it on the hair for a few seconds, and then remove it. If the hair melts or begins to melt then your iron is still too hot! HAVE FUN!

try pinning it up after you wash it until it is almost dry, then, take it down and brush it straight, pin it up again til dry. You might have to experiment with what works but at least the wavey-ness will be mostly out. Try a french-twist first. Your hair will be straight-ish with a curl at the end... much easier than waves to get out.

i don't understand how you can afford all those products yet can't afford a straightener that costs under $20. Walmart has one for like $17.96.

mousse and hairspray will only make your hair harden up with a sticky wet look. i woudn't use it if i were you. you can't rely on shampoo and conditioner to keep your hair straight regardless of what the bottle says.

baby sit then by a straightner

honestly, to relly get your hair straight, a straightening iron works bet. a very cheap(about 20 dollars) but amazing straightener is made by revlon.(its white) it is the cheapest, and best strightener i have ever used.
