Hair styling help please?

Hello, looking for a bit of help.

I've got quite short hair, and when blowdrying I use one of those cylinder brushes so it puffs out. (just the higher layers of hair) Then I use mouse and hair spray to keep it like this. It works fine at the sides, but I just can't seem to do it at the back.

So the question is, how do I get the top parts of my hair to puff out like the sides?

Try teasing the back layer of your hair. All you do is

hairspray under that back layer and comb it up and down.

Keep repeating this over and over.
