Why does this happen to my hair?

in the morning foir school i always tease my hair.

like on the crown and a little on the sides by the crown. then i put my hair spray which i buy good hairspray it's garnier

but then like later in the day at school my hair gets flat !

and like every 5 minutes i have to puff it up with my hands.

i know i'm gonna always push it up with my hands but not ALL the time.

so what will help it to stay up for a long time ?

Hmmm.... Maybe try some different hairspray, or fix it again between classes? And besides, most girls floof their hair at least 1 time every five minutes. I know one girl who messes with her hair at least every 5 seconds! I COUNTED! But just try fixing it in between classes. I fix mine after lunch, when I have an itta bit of free time.

I love teasing my hair, but it always went flat!

I had to go through a lot of hairsprays until I found the perfect one!

Hairspray is not going to work.. I think your hair is too "thick" and "heavy", so you'll need a better product. Try using hairgel instead , it may make your hair look wet, but it actually holds everything in place!

sounds like you have fine hair. when you wash it in the morning try not using conditioner on the roots. blow dry your hair upside down and then try using a different hairspray like rusk w8less. it has less alcohol and isn't as heavy. also don't put your hands in it b/c they have oil on them and you could be weighing it down b/c of that.

Your hair my be to heavy and you might need layers the shorter you go the more volume. If you have fine soft hair it will go flat sooner than someone with course or damaged hair. and you could start with a volumizing shampoo and conditioner. As for hair spray Big Sexy Hair works very well. But I think Adding layers will benefit you most.

Use gel or a better hair spray like Bed Head: Hard Head

also try using Big Sexy Hair's What a tease

it acts kinda like tease in a bottle (btw i think that is their motto!!!LOL)

You spray it and let it dry for like 2 seconds and then it sticks like straight up!

If you need more than that then try teasing afterwards

Along with the teasing and hair spray, add volume mousse.

First add the mousse.

Flip your hair upside down and blow hot air on the crown/root area with your hair dryer (do this while your hair is dry).

Tease.

Hairspray.

As for good hairspray, Aquanet definitely works great. If not that, try Big Sexy Hair (makes the hair spray and mousse).

While you're teasing, make sure to back-comb it, if you don't already.

sound like your hair is too heavy, get some long layers and the teasing will stay better. this will also keep you from having to tease to much because that can cause hair lost, or try getting a body wave , it's done on very big rods for body only. it will also give u some natural looking waves. i hope these help, good luck
