Deep conditioners to prevent hair from becoming damaged from teasing and heat?

i just got a haircut that is going to require a lot of teasing, blow drying, hair spray and straightening and i had really damaged hair from bleaching/dying it so much before i cut it all off. what would be a good deep conditioner or anything else that would help prevent it from becoming damaged again?

Stay away from hair dryers and straighteners the heat will cause damage to hair follicles, use an intensive treatment twice a week and leave on for at least 10 minutes.
