Curling naturally strait hair that doesn't want to curl!!!?

Hey!

Does anyone have any tips for curling my hair and have it stay in? In order for it to stay curly, I usually have to mouse it prior to putting hot rollers in and then hair spray it ALOT after I take them out! So, it takes me along time to get it curly! Does anyone have any tips as to how to get big, loose curls without spending so much time on it? I want them to look kinda like this just FYI:

Some straight hair just won't curl! I have tried everything. Even a curly perm won't work - that's just frizzes %26amp; damages my hair.

If you can find something, great! I gave up and just have it short and straight. Good luck!

i'm in showchoir and we have to have our hair really curly for our performances. most of the girls use conair hot sticks (just leave them in for 3 to 4 hours, and when you take them out, finger comb them and let them calm down for an hour before styling). i've never tried it before, but there's something called "wrap snap and go" that works really well too. i've seen those kits at walgreens before. good luck!

vanessa hudgens has beautiful hair.its probly impossible to make it look exactly like hers so dont get your hopes up.

BUT..

i have this line of really good products.(catwalk by tigi) and its called curls rock.

theres the shampoo,conditioner,leave-in mosturizer,curl booster,and amplifier. get ALL these and your hair will have BEAUTIFUL curls!

How long is your hair?What texture is it?When hair has been straight for a long time it sometimes needs to be "trained"to curl.Don't laugh,it's sometimes true!My hair was straight,it was quite long (is now shoulder )Here's what I did.I set my hair in "pin-curls".Easy,fast and gauranteed to curl.And very old fashioned,altho'some hair stylists still use it.Take a piece of hair in your right hand,stick your left index finger at the root of that piece,and wrap the hair round and round that finger and secure it flat with a bobby pin.That's for the left side..reverse it on the other.Not as hard as it seems.Happy Curls to you
